The Townside Condo consists of a kitchen, dining and living room and an adjoining bedroom (left). Each room can be closed off for privacy and each room has a small terrace overlooking Zihuatanejo and the surrounding mountains.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The living room has a sofa that can be converted to 2 single beds. This, in effect, provides another bedroom.

The kitchen (right) is an efficiency, but it is fully equipped.

Both the bedroom and the living, dining and kitchen rooms are air-conditioned. Both have adequate closet space.

There is a second full bathroom off the living room area.
